Can Timeless contribute ‘Mindful Minutes’ to the Health app?
Yes. To enable Mindful Minutes tracking, open the Timeless app, navigate to the Progress tab, and scroll to the bottom. You will see a prompt asking if you’d like to connect with the Health app. If you don't see that prompt, visit the Health app > Sources tab > Timeless > ‘Turn All Categories On’ > Allow
I’m new to meditating. Where should I start?
Our recommendation is to begin with the Meditation Essentials course. In this course we cover all of the basics: posture, concentration, allowing the mind and body to relax, and more. In all of our courses, we emphasize techniques that truly work. You aren’t only guided into the meditative state, but you are also handed techniques that can be applied on the cushion or off, and with or without guidance. The goal of our courses is to hand you the ability to meditate.
Can I share guided session with friends and family?
When you complete a session, tap 'Share Session.' You can send guided sessions to anyone, and all they need to do is follow your link.
Some guided sessions I go back to again and again. How can I mark them as favorite?
On the guided tab, swipe from left to right on the session you'd like to favorite. Tap on the star, and you're all set. Any favorited sessions will be marked with a star so that you can quickly access them.
Does Timeless support Siri?
Yes! To enable meditating with Siri, open the Settings app > Siri > App Support > enable Timeless. Here are some phrases you can try out:

• ‘Start a 12 minute self-guided meditation with Timeless.'
• ‘Let’s do my course with Timeless.'

I’d like a quick way to view my progress. What do you suggest?
You can add our ‘This Week’ and ‘Today’ widgets to the home and lock screen by swiping left to right, scrolling to the bottom, tapping ‘Edit,’ and navigating to Timeless. These widgets provide personal data on where you’re at in your practice with just a quick glance. Additionally, Timeless supports quick actions from the home screen. Press deeply into the Timeless app icon to view this week’s meditation stats, start a meditation, continue your course, or log a meditation.
How do I upgrade/manage/cancel my subscription?
Go to the Settings app, tap ‘iTunes & App Store,’ then tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. Once you’re signed in, tap ‘Manage Subscriptions.’ From here you can cancel, upgrade, and otherwise manage your subscriptions and subscription settings.
